[ISLMA-Share] Quick Poll/Question

We allow students to come to the library during their study hall, but there
is also a designated room that students in study hall go to.  We only allow
26 students into the library per period from study hall.  If there are more
than 26 who want to come in, they get sent back to the designated study
hall room.  Limiting the number of students has allowed us to still
schedule classes in the library and allow students with passes from
teachers in the library.  Our students need their attendance taken for
every period (no "free" periods), even study hall, so the 26 who are
accepted in the library have their IDs scanned for attendance and those not
in the library have their attendance taken in the study hall room.
