We have a flex hour that every student has study hall at the same time.
During this hour I have laminated/barcoded passes. The passes are in
Destiny as equipment. Students check them out from me in the morning like
a book, when they come for flex we check the passes back in(max 30
students). Only students that have our pass are able to come to the
library. During other study halls, we allow anyone with a pass.
Typically, the numbers from regular study halls are low enough to self
manage.
