[ISLMA-Share] motivate readers

We use AR, but not the way the company wants you to follow it. We just use
it to make sure kids are reading what they say they are. They can read
whatever they want, whatever level. It works, but I also still booktalk,
have three active book clubs during lunch, offer incentives for reading.
It is expensive, but I can't imagine going back to not have some way to
hold kids accountable by them just saying, "yes I read that," especially
when parents are so willing to sign faked reading logs.

What is frustrating is seeing answers to the AR quizzes online!
