There is also a great teacher resource book titled  "Picture This!  Using
picture Story Books for character Education in the Classroom"  by Claire
Gatrell Stephens.  I interlibrary loaned it once.  Here are some of the
contents:

This resource book has a lot of info and copyables. (is that a word?)
