Hi Taryn,
I don't have an infographic to help you, unfortunately. I'm not sure what you've shared with your district in the past, so you may have already shared these things.

The Illinois Study<http://www.islma.org/IllinoisStudy.htm> - Powerful Libraries Make Powerful Learners - has data that shows flexible scheduling improves student academic achievement.
"One of the hallmarks of a fully-realized school library program is flexible scheduling. For schools to benefit as much as possible from strong libraries, access to them needs to be as flexible as possible, enabling teachers and students to work with the librarian and other staff and to use the library as a
classroom and a study space as needed."

The AASL also has a position statement<http://www.ala.org/aasl/advocacy/resources/statements/flex-sched> on flexible scheduling.

Mackin's Transform Your School Library blog<http://www.mackintysl.com/flexible-scheduling-for-the-library/> has a piece about flexible scheduling.

Good luck as you push forward!

Subject: [ISLMA-Share] Fighting for flexible scheduling

I am on my 8th year of pushing for flexible scheduling in my elementary library. I am really trying to step up my arguments. It's a long shot, but does anyone have a great infographic they could share that presents reasons for flexible scheduling over fixed?
