[ISLMA-Share] Organize library by Lexile

We use AR rather than lexile. Our books have the level on the spine, but
are organized in the traditional way. In addition to the level number we
add a sticker indicating level (bear, apple, umbrella, etc.), which is a
quick visual indicator that a student is at or around his/her level.

We used to have our fiction and picture books organized by AR level, which
made it easy for kids to choose a book quickly. However, when my
counterpart from our district's intermediate school came into our library,
she got a 'deer in the headlights' look and said " how will your students
ever be able to find anything in my library?!". Point taken. We changed
soon after that.

Students can also do Destiny searches by lexile...
