[ISLMA-Share] Headphones in Lab

We have bins of headphones that students can utilize. I agree that it's
problematic, hygiene-wise, but that's the way it is here.
Many students *do* bring their own headphones because they choose not to
draw from the communal bins. Plus, there's the problem that
1. the supply runs out if several classes need them
2. sometimes they're broken.
3. sometimes the bins walk away to other rooms and cannot be located.
Our school is 1:1 with chromebooks, so headphones get used quite a bit. We
probably need a better plan, but our tech dept. is sticking with the bins
for now.
