[ISLMA-Share] caudill voting

The Steering Committee had to go to Plan B for Caudill voting, as there was
a glitch with our website.
Yes, originally, there was a link to follow after you logged in as a member.

On the Google form, "username" is for your member login username.
There is an option to submit votes again in case you are a librarian at two
schools, like me (each has its own username).

With your permission, Connie, I will forward your email on to our
webmaster, who is tabulating the votes, so that she knows there was no
username in the top blank for you and so your votes get counted.

As you all can imagine, our website problems occurring at just the wrong
time has been upsetting for many, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
