[ISLMA-Share] Applying call numbers to nonfiction using dewey decimal

Thanks I tried on the Library of Congress and I thought it said you had to
be a publisher to get access.

As for the circulation system, I have never seen the Dewey # appear when
inputting books.  I will try again.
