[ISLMA-Share] pay scale for clerks

I think I asked this a few months ago and sorry if I am repeating a question, but our ESPs are starting the negotiation process for their next contract and our media clerks have seen a huge increase in the tech responsibilities they are assigned. They want to negotiate a new pay scale for them.

Would you mind sharing the following info:

What is the starting salary for your clerks?

Are they included on a scale with building secretaries or teacher clerks?

If your clerks have a job description, would you share it? (I'm sure it has the standard - "duties as assigned" qualification)

If any of you have successfully lobbied for increased pay for clerks, please let me know how and what you did.
