[ISLMA-Share] endorsement or full masters?

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I have the endorsement and it took me 1.5 years to get my job 7 years ago-which I love!  But I had 1 or 2 second interviews and was not selected because I didn't have the masters. (I do have a masters degree in education but not in library science).
