[ISLMA-Share] biography organization

Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association islma at list.railslibraries.info

I still have a biography section in 921.  However, I have pulled certain
groups out and shelved them with the subject:  scientists, artists, sports
heroes, and authors.  And I have moved U.S. presidents into 973.
