[ISLMA-Share] Heavy-duty rotary trimmer

Hoping to upgrade our paper cutter, we are looking at heavy-duty rotary
trimmers.  Two brands that have been recommended are Dahle and SmartCut.

Have you had any positive or negative experiences with models from these
brands, or do you have another brand to share?
