[ISLMA-Share] group read suggestions for high school book club

We usually work over the Abraham Lincoln list. Red Queen was especially
well received (although admittedly our group is especially female just
now.) I Hunt Killers was a big hit too. Winger. Swim the Fly. (We had a
finale event where we had a Book Club pool party in the high school pool.)
You can always introduce a new set of recruits to Ender's Game or Ender's
Shadow.
