[ISLMA-Share] Book Vendors- Baker and Taylor gone

Ingram.

Follett sent an email about the merge about a month ago.
I almost missed it myself.
I contacted RAILS because Follett pricing is so much higher than B&T and
they own B&T!!
What sense does that make?!

Anyway, I did some research and Ingram came out the clear winner.
I am also very unhappy and frustrated, but Ingram has made the transition
smoother.
I think they are seeing many people come to them this last month.
