[ISLMA-Share] 4a Danielson

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

When I taught the junior high classroom years ago, before Danielson, I kept
a reflective folder that held comments I wrote to myself for the next go
round.  This was a brutally honest diary for my eyes only and described
which ideas would be kept for next time (and why) and which ideas would be
thrown out(and why).  I typically addressed this in June when I was packing
up for the year, that way, plenty of time had passed to allow more
objectivity.  I used my lesson plan book to spark my memory.
