[ISLMA-Share] Registration for ISLMA Book Awards

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone can chime in with some information!  What is the best
time to register for the ISLMA book awards -- in my case, the Lincolns?
And, does the date of registration affect a school's eligibility for one of
the LBSS grants? I've long been in the habit of registering in the fall for
the current year's award, and I'm thinking I should probably be registering
much earlier. Does anyone know?
