[ISLMA-Share] putting together a 2018 Bluestem database

I've started a google sheet with the things I need to know about the next
year's nominees.  This helps me decide how many to order, which ones would
I recommend as read-alouds, if they're part of a series & to order the next
one, even how to create my list for Bluestem Baseball, which I presented at
the ISLMA conference.  As I began filling it out, I thought that you all
may be collecting this same info, instead of us all doing it separately, we
can work together.

Once the sheet is complete, you can make a copy for yourself and use it for
all sorts of purposes.
