[ISLMA-Share] Monarch, Bluestem and Lincoln awards...

Greetings!

There seem to be many questions about the awards right now, so allow me to
try to answer several in one email...

1.  ALL votes must be submitted to the online tally by 11:59 pm on March
15.  that means you only have 3 more school days to gather your students'
votes and submit them.
2. You need your login and password to be able to submit your votes online.
Please check that you have these instead of waiting until the last minute.
There is a link to retrieve this info, but it might take a little time to
send it to you. Please do not contact the ISLMA offices to ask, they do not
have access to that information.
3. The LiveAnnounce! will take place beginning at 10:00am on Friday, March
17. We will  post the connection information next week on the ISLMA website
(www.islma.org).
4. We will post either the video or a link to the video the following week.
It will be available for several weeks at least. (This might depend on the
host school district if we have a link rather than the video.
5. The LiveAnnounce! will cover the Monarch, Bluestem, and Lincoln awards.
We will also mention the Caudill winner even though it was announced last
week. (Please remember that Caudill is a separate entity.)
6. Registration for the 2018 awards will be available beginning March 17
through the ISLMA website. (I am unsure when you can begin registering for
the Caudill program.)
7. To be eligible for an LBSS grant set of books, you must be registered
for that award prior to the LBSS grant application deadline. It might
be easier to register early and have that option available.


I hope that helps answer some of the current questions.   If I have missed
any, please ask.
