[ISLMA-Share] shelving on wheels

Our library has a lot of shelving on wheels. I believe it was originally
purchased through Demco.  It wheels fairly easily as long as you actually
remember to kick off the brakes. The only thing I don't like about them is
that the wheels are set close enough to the edges that they either stick
out as tripping hazards or they interfere with the shelf next to it.  I
solve the problem by whacking the wheels with a rubber mallet until they
turn inwards. Not ideal but it works.
