[ISLMA-Share] Creative names for new library

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

This discussion arose many years ago also.

I am proud to be a school Librarian and to work in a school Library.
Library is a term we know and trying to make it fancier isn't always a good
thing.  Enjoy the sweetness of having a Library, a budget and your role on
our students'' lives--don't stress on the name.  I don't want to offend
anyone, that's just my humble opinion.

While a  "*Rose is a rose is a rose is a rose.*" might not be quite
true, "*What's
in a name? that which we call a rose **By any other name would smell as
sweet" is true.    *
