[ISLMA-Share] Short story, mystery, foreshadow

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Any ideas for a short story with mystery to read to our 6th graders that
has excellent examples of foreshadowing?

We wanted to do Monkey's Paw, but they do that story in 8th grade.
