[ISLMA-Share] Student Recommendation letter

You might check with your school's counseling department first to see if
they've already made one.  Our counseling department has a "brag sheet"
that students fill out with all high school and community activities, goals
for the future, and planned areas of study.  Students make copies of their
page to give to staff members and it's a big time saver all around.
