[ISLMA-Share] student helper

My T.A. does all sorts of great things like those mentioned above as well
as:
reading and reviewing books so that her peers get *her *perspective, much
more appealing than that of an adult's.
She also makes ads for new books or activities at the library to go on our
scrolling display in the cafeteria,
helps kids find books, helps me come up with monthly-theme ideas, etc.,
shares ideas for our promotions/facebook pg (which I'm terrible at keeping
up with),
lets me know what her friends are reading / liking (which often is
different than what reviewers say they'll like),
and is always willing to do the tedious like photocopying, shelving, blah.
Having a student who sees things as her peers do is SO advantageous!
:) Kathy
