[ISLMA-Share] ESSA Update

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I did look at the plan on ISBE this morning but was hoping that wasn't the
final plan. It only mentions the library as contributors in the discussion.
Did we have any type of win with all of our efforts?  I didn't see anything
am I missing something?
