[ISLMA-Share] ESSA Update

I'll echo Caroline's comments.  It was awesome to see Illinois school
libraries speak up!

And I don't know about you, but I can't wait to see the reports from
schools that identify:  "Gaps in the impact of funding, supports and
services, relative to allocation, for all students, relevant student
groups, and teachers (e.g., gifted, fine arts, library and media
specialists, school service personnel, and career and technical educators
and programming)" (from page 144 in the ESSA doc)

Also, please make sure you have emailed/called/spoken to your rep about
LSTA and IAL funding <http://cqrcengage.com/ala/home>!  As of today there
are still some Illinois reps who haven't--get on that! :)
