[ISLMA-Share] Need cheap, new paperback picture books ($1-3/book)...any ideas?

You could check out SCARCE, a non-profit in Glen Ellyn that provides
educational materials for anyone who needs it.  They accept donations of
all kinds, and *any educator or homeschooling parent can go to the SCARCE
warehouse and take what they need for FREE*.  Most items are used, but they
also get new stuff donated as well.  One of our teachers got a brand new
class set of dictionaries for free.  You never know what you'll find, so it
may be worth the trip over there. Over the years I've donated books,
equipment, shelving, carts, etc. and I'm always amazed at how much they
have.
