[ISLMA-Share] Book Fair vendors

I totally agree with Lauren in terms of scholastic!  It sure does have it's
benefits.  However, I also love Anderson's Book Fairs.  Not sure where you
are located, but I love their selection over Scholastic and my middle
schoolers, do too.
