[ISLMA-Share] Book Fair vendors

I recommend tying your fair to some other school event. Our fall fair is
the same week as grandparent lunches. We've done a BOGO fair in December
with an evening PTO holiday event. We haven't found a good spring
connection yet and the sales reflect that. Also put a donation box at the
cash register (Scholastic calls it All for Books). Kids of all ages enjoy
putting in a few cents that they know will help buy a book for the library.
