[ISLMA-Share] Scanner issues

Hi,

Twice in the last few weeks, we have scanned a barcode and Destiny only
extracts part of the barcode. For example the book has a barcode of 9699
and what the scanner picked up was 699 which was a barcode for a different
book. Has anyone had similar problems? I am using a Sagebrush scanner.
