[ISLMA-Share] Contract for student assistants

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Does anyone have a contract that they have student library assistants
sign?  I am looking for something that lists duties and expectations, so
everything is clear at the beginning of the term.

If so, would you mind sharing it with me?
