[ISLMA-Share] YA books suggestion for retiring Sp. Ed. teacher

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Our district donates a book to the library in honor of each retiring teacher. This year, the high school has an amazing special education teacher retiring. I'm looking for suggestions for books. I'm kind of thinking something like Wonder by RJ Palacio, but for high school. I already looked at the Schneider Family Book Awards, and we have most of them. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
