[ISLMA-Share] Citation question for APA

Monday stumper—I have a student compiling a reference list for a state science fair project.  She used a bag of dirt and fertilizer and used the instructions from the bag and now needs to do a citation.  Any ideas about how to create a citation in APA format?  Thanks for any help you can provide!
