[ISLMA-Share] Checking in and out of the library - High School

Currently, we scan the IDs of every student who comes in the LLC periods
1-8 and after school. Students may be in the LLC with a pink pass from
their teacher or study hall during all periods, and students may come in
from lunch without a pass. We scan every ID regardless.

When we scan the ID into a Google sheet, their ID #, name, and the class
they should currently be in (connected to the time we scan the ID card)
autofills the sheet. Our tech coordinator built this Google Sheets sign-in
program to connect to our SIS.

I love knowing kids are where they are supposed to be when visiting the
LLC, and students no longer try to ditch class and hide in the LLC. We also
have amazing records as evidence of how many students use the LLC without
their teachers on a daily basis.

We used to use paper/pencil method, but keeping statistics was difficult.
