[ISLMA-Share] Boys' middle school graphic novels?

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

   One of our 6th grade boys asked why "all" of the graphic novels feature
girls for the leading characters. That's not fully accurate, but
our fledgling collection is still small. It's true that we don't have a lot
of male protagonist graphic novels.
    Could anyone suggest some titles / series that would be well-received
for 6-8 grade students?
