[ISLMA-Share] Letter about a claim filed with USAC?

Hello, all,
My superintendent received a letter about a claim filed in 2013 with Universal Service Administrative Co. - Schools and Libraries Division.  If we file the claim by January 2, we will get money back.  Has anyone else gotten anything like this?
