There are terrific youtube videos on our ISLMA Virtual Maker Meet-Up
webpage that feature STEM and Literature connections.  I especially like
the  Laura Nylen (MakerSpace Meets Children's Literature) and Lonnie
Maldanado (STEM in Disguise) videos.

Also, have you checked out the NIU STEM Read program?  Many great ideas to
integrate literature and STEM.
