[ISLMA-Share] collection development for dual language elementary school library

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Does anyone know of guidelines or recommendations for the collection development for a dual language (English/Spanish) elementary school library? Is there a recommendation for the percentage of the collection that should be in English and in Spanish?
