[ISLMA-Share] Book fair PreK, K, 1

Hi,
This year a new principal instructed my library assistant of 700+ PreK, Kinder and 1st graders that she was to host the book fair by herself without parents running it because he was afraid they would steal the money! Now mind you, parents have run a successful book fair for this school since 2000 with sales exceeding $10,000 each year but this year, they are going to steal (SMH). Any way…. Looking for simple ideas for her to make things easier. These are 3-6 year olds who can’t really write out their wish lists. Ive already downsized the fair considerably since he insists it is in our teeny tiny library and not the gym.
We’ve always done 4 days of preview with wish lists but maybe now it is time to switch to something else… Anyone have any ideas?
