[ISLMA-Share] apps for Scratch

Hi there!

The coding site for Scratch is blocked in my district because of course
kids found a way to listen to music through it, and they were abusing it so
the district blocked the site.

I keep reading about apps for Scratch for tablets, but I can't find any
official apps for it. What is everyone using? There are some unofficial
apps, but before we spend money on those, I would like to know what people
think--pros and cons.
