Some things we've done that haven't been mentioned yet:
We always keep a few "study break" supplies at our reference desk -
coloring pages, madlibs, mazes, and other fun puzzles.
other seasonal projects -
we have access to a poster printer, so I print out a few giant coloring
pages the size of an entire table during finals week.
paper snowflakes in winter (there are some amazing Star Wars patterns you
can find online <http://mattersofgrey.com/diy-star-wars-snowflakes/>)
holiday cards (winter holidays, Valentines, etc)
various paper crafts (build your own Tardis, Dalorean time machine,
character from x movie, etc. There are all kinds of templates all over the
internet)
tissue paper flowers for spring
we recently painted rocks for our courtyard and they are so cute!
