[ISLMA-Share] Hotel

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Jacob,

I am having problems with the hotel. I registered for a room online a
couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that I never received a
confirmation email. Because I did it on Chrome, it did go into my Google
Calendar so I have been getting reminders and didn't realize until today
that I don't have an actual confirmation from the hotel. When I called to
check or register, she first said that they had no agreement with ISLMA,
and then finally said that if they have an agreement there are no rooms
left. Do you think that is right and do you know anyone else I could call?
