[ISLMA-Share] Conference PD credit for Educator License Renewal

In order to receive PD credit for the conference, you need to submit an online evaluation<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScSOet-c1YNRkGlI21CsGYVaZAZlOd4bjNePQbcmRRM4M57XA/viewform> for each session you attended. (http://bit.ly/confeva17 - please note at the end of this link are two numbers - 17 - the second to last digit is NOT an L)
