[ISLMA-Share] Staff Technoloyg Survey/Assessment

Hello wonderful librarians!


My district wants to survey our staff to see where individuals stand with technology skills. The results from this survey will help individuals create their own personal goals for increasing technology skills and providing the necessary professional development to meet these needs. Does anyone currently do something like this? Do you have a survey completed that we can look at and/or possibly use or adapt for our own district?
