[ISLMA-Share] Emailing student fines/holds in Destiny

I agree that this is such a convenient way to get the notices out!

Just a little heads-up though...  I had this all set up and working at the
beginning of the school year, but at the end of September my district
brought on a new security system called Securely.  Well, Securely was
really doing it's job and blocked the Follett-driven emails from going to
our student accounts.  All 560 of them were being bounced back to my spam
folder every week until we figured out what was happening.  All is fixed
now, but you may want to double check with students to make sure they are
actually receiving them.
