[ISLMA-Share] Sub Folder

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

I just updated our sub folder this semester and included:

Procedures for opening and closing the LMC
Emergency drill procedures and schedule
Current "guest staff" login and password for Follett for checkouts
A list of all student volunteers for each period of the day
Attendance and pass procedures for each period of the day
A list of all study hall locations and supervisors
Updated staff phone extension list
A list of what's in every drawer of the circulation desk so they don't have
to hunt

Our sub coordinator has narrowed the LMC subs to three regulars, so when
they've been in the building anyway I have had time to teach them how to
use Follett and how to unlock and lock all of our doors.
