[ISLMA-Share] Read-in ideas?

Hi all,

Today I was thinking about how much I wanted to just sit around and read
all day (if only that WAS our job, right?!).  As I was thinking about that,
I thought about staging a school-wide read-in!  I was wondering if anyone
has ever done anything like that and had ideas to share.

I'm not necessarily thinking the whole school would read all day, but
thinking about ways to "host" all day in the library, but have students
join as they have silent reading time in ELA, or free time in another
class.  Maybe tying it to a fund raiser or pledge system?

Anyone ever do anything like this?  Or have ideas to share?
