Hi, Mallory,
Yes, you should keep your ELIS account up-to-date by adding your MS
degree.  ISBE has no way of knowing what credentials teachers have, but I
believe that school districts and ROEs can check it to verify a teacher's
degree, endorsements, etc.  If you will be moving on your district's pay
scale, due to your MS degree, they may require other proof of the degree,
but it will be good to have it recorded with ISBE through your ELIS account.
