[ISLMA-Share] Scanner for Follett Destiny

Unfortunately, with scanners you get what you pay for. I've messed with the
cheaper variety and have had terrible luck.

This is what we use. Follett 5100 Barcode Scanner

It's $249. I know you asked for $50, but I think that budget might present
some difficulty.
