[ISLMA-Share] Newbery medal items

[Email list for the Illinois School Library Media Association]

Is there a good rule about keeping Newbery winners on the shelf
indefinitely? I have King of the Wind by Marguerite Henry, Newbery winner
1992 but it has only been checked out twice. Delete it or keep it for the
sake that is a good piece of literature?
We serve MS and HS students so I really question whether it will be missed.
